Security Captain
Job responsibilities:
1. Carry out work under the leadership of the minister or project manager.
3. Responsible for the training, supervision, assessment, and evaluation of security personnel.
4. Responsible for supervising the security guards to fulfill their duties, implement regulations, and abide by discipline.
5. Timely understand and grasp the current ideological and psychological state of security personnel, and carry out targeted work.
6. Responsible for arranging the daily life of security personnel, including clothing, food, accommodation, and transportation.
9. Lead subordinates to properly handle various emergencies.
Qualification:
1. Education level: High school or above.
2. Professional: Enterprise Management, Human Resource Management.
3. Work experience: Under 40 years old, veterans are preferred, and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the same position.
4. Business skills: queue, vehicle command, picking enemy punches, emergency response.
5. Skills and Skills: Organizational and coordination skills, management skills, interpersonal communication skills, and commonly used office software.
6. Training experience: Possess military experience, fire safety knowledge, training and assessment, and evaluation.
